Thanks for being curious! Libre tea glasses are brought to you by Energetic Marketing – we are committed to sustainable people and planet practices, excellent customer service and engaging tea moments ‘for all to enjoy and relax with’.

My journey began in 2006,  when I visited China and enjoyed many tea tastings. I traveled to many gardens and temples and loved all the opportunities for tea moments.

Tea, for me, is symbolic of an ancient ritual celebrating the secular as sacred. It is a space to take a breath, reconnect with oneself and the world. It is a time to stop to enjoy life, people and the planet and remembering the joys that life has to offer.

  • Hi! I have a libre already and purchased it in Banff and have people asking me constantly where to get one. I live in Whitecourt Alberta so am
    Wondering where is the closest place to purchase? Do you do online ordering?

  • Initially, I liked the Libres a lot. We have three and I bought one as a gift. I am now getting frustrated by how much they leak and dont seal properly. I just spilled tea (again) on important paperwork and bills.

    • Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Libre glass. We have a 1 year parts warranty for Libres that develop a problem and a 30-day warranty on breakage.

  • I had purchased a Libre infuser bottle at the Yoga Show in Toronto very recently at a cost of $25. I love the bottle but it leaks terribly. I’ve tightened it without results. I am very disappointed! How do I reach Customer Service?

  • I was told that I had to warm up my one ring for my Libertel bottle but on the website there is nothing in the how to as indicated on the care and use instructions card

    • We’ve not heard of warming the ring before using, it may help as the heat will expand the ring possibly creating a slightly better seal.
