Place 2tbs of freshly chopped basil into your Libre glass, add boiling water and steep 7-10 minutes and sweeten to taste.
Health Benefits:- Helps to calm fevers, coughs, headaches; relieves the sting and itchiness from insect bites, plus it has magnesium and potassium which can help with muscle cramps.
Place ¼ cup of freshly chopped parsley into your Libre glass, add boiling water and steep 5-10 minutes and sweeten to taste.
Health Benefits:– may help rheumatoid arthritis and asthma symptoms, coughs, and can be used as a diuretic. It is also rich with Vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and beta-carotene.
Place ¼ cup of fresh mint (any variety) into your Libre glass, add boiling water and steep 3-7 minutes and sweeten/add milk to taste.
Health Benefits:- is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory which helps with cold and allergy symptoms, calms upset stomachs and indigestions, has a calming and cooling effect on insect bites and rashes and is an anti-microbial agent which is great for freshening breath.
Place 2tsps of freshly chopped sage into your Libre glass, add boiling water and steep 3-5 minutes, add lemon and honey if desired.
Health Benefits:- has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial benefits. May also help with fevers, throat and dental infections, reducing muscle tension and relieving indigestions.
